In keeping with the holiday spirit, we ask that you bring one item from the Child Life Wish List to donate to the DZA Charity of Choice:  Phoenix Children’s Hospital – the Cancer Center.  Please go to the following link for a copy of that list:  www.phoenixchildrens.com/support/specialwaystogive/wishlist.html 

This donation is completely voluntary.  We will gather all of the items and deliver them to Phoenix Children’s  Hospital the following week.

                                            Turkey and ham. 

                                            Soft drinks and water will also be provided.

DIRECTIONS:      From metro Phoenix area:

I-10 East (towards Tucson). Exit Chandler Blvd (exit #160) .Turn right onto Chandler Blvd. for about 3 miles.  At 3-way stop, turn left continuing on Chandler Blvd for about 1.5 miles to S. 16^th Street.  Turn left onto S. 16^th street and follow to S. 17^th Street on the left.  Turn left onto S. 17^th Street.  We are the 2^nd house on the right.  (If you miss S. 16^th Street and get to Desert Foothills Pkwy, you went too far, make a u-turn and turn right onto S. 16^th Street.)

101 South to the 202 West to Pecos Road.  Follow Pecos approximately 4 miles beyond 40^th Street to Desert Foothills Parkway.  Turn right onto Desert Foothills Parkway to Chandler Blvd.  Turn right onto Chandler Blvd.  Go 2 streets to S. 16^th Street.  Turn right onto S. 16^th Street and follow it around to S. 17^th Street on the left.  We are the 2^nd house on the right:  15639 S. 17^th Street.

From south of Phoenix area:

I-10 West (towards Phoenix).  Exit Pecos Road (exit #161).  Follow instructions immediately above.
