Arizona Community Church Car Show

This year will be our 4^th year to support this fabulous car show.  The date is set for January 8^th, 2005 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  The location is 9325 S. Rural Road, at Knox, between Warner and Ray in Tempe.  Below is map;

This year they are limiting registrations to 350 cars, so register early.  If you attended this show last year, you will receive a registration form in the mail.  I’ve also included one below.  There is no cost to enter or attend the show.  Each participant will receive a FREE commemorative gift, 2 FREE lunch tickets and 2 FREE raffle tickets (driver and guest).

Liability Agreement for Registered Vehicle

I agree to insure my vehicle and property against loss, damage, and liability and to provide proof of insurance to Arizona Community Church (ACC) officials at the time of registration. I agree to assume risk of any and all damages or injury and to indemnify and hold harmless ACC, its employees, officers, agents, servants, representative, and directors for any acts or omissions which may result in the theft, damage, loss or destruction, of my property or injury to me or others during, or as a consequence of this show at ACC. I agree to release and discharge all those named above from any judgments and/or claims from any cases whatsoever, that may be suffered by the entrants to his/her person or property.
