DZA has a block of rooms reserved at the Sonoita Inn for Saturday night. Here are the rates for the rooms:

The wine package includes the room, free bottle of wine when you check in and a $50 gift certificate for the Steak Out restaurant, which is next door to the hotel. It is by far the best deal. We will plan to have dinner at the Steak Out.

Also, on Saturday night they have free wine and cheese in the hotel lobby between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.

If you are planning to go, make your reservations early because we are limited on the rooms. I was only able to reserve 9 rooms, which is half of the rooms in the hotel.

We plan to visit several wineries on Saturday and return to Phoenix on Sunday.

This is really a great place to visit. Nice, quiet and relaxing, plus the wine is good.

We plan to drive down Saturday morning, probably leaving from Chandler Blvd. and I-10. If for some reason you decide to attend and the hotel rooms are sold out, check the Sonoita web page for surrounding hotels.
