May 21st (Armed Forces Day), DZA run to the Titan Missile Museum, which is south of Tucson in Green Valley. DZA members will meet at 8:00 AM at Basha's parking lot at South Greenfield Road and Baseline Road in Mesa, one block south of US 60. We will depart at 8:15 AM and drive down scenic AZ 79 to Florence for a short rest stop. From there, we will drive to DZA member Ron Janicki's home in Oro Valley for a short rest and a chance to see his immaculate Z car-themed garage. His friend will be there to show his beautiful Alpha1 GTO-1962 Ferrari 250 GTO. We will also be joined by some Tucson based Z car enthusiasts for the drive to the Longhorn Grill in Amado for lunch before we go on to the Titan Missile Museum in Sahuarita for a one-hour guided tour of the missile complex that is left over from the Cold War era. Admission is $7.50 per adult for our group. After the tour, everyone will be on their own to visit attractions in Nogales, Mexico or Tucson, or drive back to the valley.

This should be a fun day!
