We will be starting from the parking lot at 2151 East Broadway in Tempe. There is a building on the corner called "Broadway 101." As the name implies, it is at the intersection of the 101 and Broadway. Here is a map for the location:

Broadway is located between the Highway 202 and the 60 off of the 101.

Plan to arrive at 8:45 AM as we will leave the parking lot at 9:15 AM and head North on the 101. Continue North on 101 exiting at E. Shea Blvd. Another rally point has been set up on Shea Blvd. for those coming from the North valley (see map). We will meet at Fosters Fish restaurant on the south side of Shea just east of the 101 but before the hospital. Meeting time is 9:30 and depart at 9:45.

We will continue east on Shea to the Beeline Highway (87).

Continue on the Beeline to the Bush Highway. Turn right onto the Bush Highway, towards Saguaro Lake.

Continue on the Bush Highway and turn left onto Usery Pass Road which becomes N. Ellsworth. Turn left onto E. Brown Rd.

East Brown Rd becomes E. Lost Dutchman. We turn left on North Apache Trail.

Continue on Apache Trail to the overlook point for a brief stop then on to Tortilla Flat.
