• Friday, September 22nd
  • 8:30 AM – Meet @ McDonalds - North East of the I-17and AZ-74 (Carefree Highway intersection)
  • 9:00 AM – Leave for Las Vegas
  • Stop in Kingman for lunch – Location TBD
  • 3:00 PM (approx) – Arrive Las Vegas Hilton Hotel
  • 6:00 PM Meet at In ‘n Out Burger for Meet ‘n Greet (all clubs)
    Address is 2900 W. Sahara, which is 2-3 miles from the Hilton
  • NOTE: Details of the drive to Vegas will be finalized when we meet at 8:30AM.
     
• Saturday, September 23rd
  • 8:00 AM – Meet at McDonalds NW corner Sahara/Paradise
  • 8:30 AM (approx) – Depart for Valley of Fire. We will drive about 30 miles to the Valley of Fire exit. We will stop and regroup at the Indian smoke shop / fireworks / convenience store. Entrance to the state park is $6.00 per car. We drive and stop throughout the park for sightseeing and photo ops.
  • Speed limit is strictly enforced inside the park
  • 12:00 PM – Arrive at Lake Las Vegas for lunch.
  • 3:00 PM – Depart Hilton for Las Vegas Motor Speedway
  • 6:00 PM - NASCAR Truck Race
     
• Sunday, September 24th
  • 8:00 AM (approx) – Meet for breakfast at the Hilton
  • Say our good-byes and depart for home

NOTES:

• We were unable to secure a "special" tour at the Shelby factory on Saturday (they are closed!) however they do offer their regular tours at 10:30 am Mon-Fri.
